Eric you can add contact info to your profile by clicking on "My profile" on the right under the "my Stuff" menu. Then at the top of your profile (when you are logged in) you will see an "edit" button. Just click that button and choose "Update profile" and then select the contact tab and fill in what you want. 
 
To add a film you need to go the the Cinema and upload or add your film. Once it's in the Cinema it will show up in your profile. 
 
It's probably best the ask questions like this on the Community messageboard.
